5. Returns and Replacements

We provide a 7-day easy return policy for most items. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Approved refunds will be issued exclusively as Wallet Tokens credited to your Lokapal account.

Note: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and certain organic supplies are exempt from being returned due to health and safety standards.
