Orders & Shipping
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applied.
You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once processing has begun, we can no longer make modifications. Please contact our support team immediately.
Returns & Refunds
We provide a 7-day easy return policy for most items. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact. Perishable and personalized goods are exempt.
Log in to your account, go to **Profile > Orders**, and click the "Request Return" button next to your delivered item. You'll receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
Payments
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Net Banking via our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.

Go to the **Login** page and click on "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
Once logged in, navigate to **Profile > Settings**. Here you can update your name, contact details, and primary shipping address.
Offers & Coupons
You can enter your coupon code on the **Checkout** page in the "Discount Code" field. Click "Apply" to update your order total before finalizing the purchase.
Coupons may fail if they are expired, already used, or if your order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement. Some coupons are also restricted to specific categories.
